1. Acceptance

When browsing, creating an account or making a reservation on the Caminhos de Alagoas website, you declare that you have read and agreed to these Terms of Use, with the Privacy Policy and with the Withdrawal Policy.

2. O que oferecemos

Caminhos de Alagoas sells and organizes tourist experiences in Alagoas and the region — tours, packages and transfers — in addition to pedagogical experiences for schools through the portal Macaiok. The descriptions, photos and values ​​displayed are in good faith and may be subject to adjustment due to availability, weather or operating conditions.

3. Cadastro e conta

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. Incorrect data may make booking or boarding impossible. It is prohibited to use the website for illegal purposes or on behalf of third parties without authorization.

4. Reservas e pagamentos

• The reservation is only confirmed after payment approval pelo provedor (Mercado Pago);
• Prices may vary between PIX, card and installments, as displayed at checkout;
• Additional items (extras) marked as mandatory are automatically added to the final value;
• Our experiences take place in groups with closing date — the vacancy is subject to the formation of the group.

5. Cancellation and withdrawal

The cancellation, withdrawal and refund conditions are described in our Withdrawal Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. In summary: withdrawal with 48 hours in advance closing the group, with replacement, generates a recalculation of the value; outside this period there is no refund.

6. Participant Responsibilities

It is the participant's responsibility to arrive at the agreed time and place, follow the team's safety guidelines and inform relevant health conditions. We are not responsible for personal objects and extra expenses. Minors must be accompanied by a guardian, unless formally authorized.

7. Propriedade intelectual

The brand, logo, texts, photos and layout of this website belong to Caminhos de Alagoas or its licensors. Reproduction without prior authorization is prohibited.

8. Limitation of liability

We use our best efforts to ensure that the information and operation are correct, but we do not guarantee the absence of technical interruptions. Our liability is limited to the amount actually paid for the reservation, except in the cases provided for by law.

9. Applicable law and forum

These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. The forum of the district of Maceió/AL is elected to resolve any disputes, except for different jurisdictions provided for in the Consumer Protection Code.
